My role is to listen closely, understand what isn’t working, and find thoughtful ways to make your home work better for the life happening inside it. For busy households, home can easily become another thing to manage: rooms that never feel finished, layouts that create daily friction, or a growing list of decisions that never seem to get made. I help untangle those challenges and carry the design forward with care and clarity, so you don’t have to do it all yourself.
I pay attention to the details that often go overlooked, such as how a space flows, how it’s used, and how it supports your daily life, while bringing in natural materials, color, personality, and warmth.

Every project has three primary parts to the investment: design, product purchases + labor, and procurement when applicable.
Your design fee covers the professional work required to develop the project, including space planning, design development, selections, documentation, communication, and project management as applicable to your service.
Furnishings, materials, fixtures, custom elements, construction, and installation are separate project expenses. These are the actual costs of the items and work needed to bring your design to life.
For Full-Service projects, Ember & Oak manages the sourcing and purchasing process on your behalf, and a 30% procurement fee on the lowest trade pricing is applied.
Procurement covers the work behind the purchases, including sourcing, purchasing, payment processing, vendor coordination, order tracking, administrative support, and issue resolution. Because sourcing and purchasing are part of the Full-Service experience, Full-Service clients do not place project orders independently in lieu of procurement.
A portion of every procurement fee also supports local organizations working toward safe, stable housing.
Starting prices are intended to provide a clear point of entry, not a final project price. Every home has its own needs, and larger or more complex projects are priced according to scope.
